F. Bülent Kayalı
Bulent completed his education in Ankara. He graduated from T.E.D. Ankara College and then from
Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Economics in 1992.
Bulent started his professional career at the Ottoman Bank Inspection
Board. Later, Bulent contributed in building controlled work flows for sales and production
companies of Philip Morris Turkey, as a part of Internal Control team. Following that, he
pursued national and regional Internal Control Management and Production Finance Management for
Kraft Foods/Mondelez International. Since 2016, he has been working with Neta Denetim, as
founder partner.
Nazmiye Önder
Nazmiye is graduated from Istanbul Teknik Üniversitesi, Sakarya Meslek Yüksek Okulu, in 1988.
Nazmiye started her professional life in Gulf Import & Export and
Mersan Finansal Kiralama, as Finance and Administration Supervisor.
Following, she managed Kraft Foods Accounting department for 10
years.
She continued her career in Arkem Kimya as Group Director, Accounting.
Currently she is adding value to our clients, since 2019.
Turay Gül
Turay graduated from Kabataş Erkek Lisesi High School and Istanbul University department of
Mathematics. Following bachelor’s degree, he completed Istanbul University Financial Management
(MBA) and Sabanci University IT (Information Technology MS) master degrees.
He started his career at Interbank in year 1996, then continued at Bayindirbank, both in
Budget, Planning and Management Reporting departments. In year 2000, he changed his career for
Zorlu Holding and Vestel Group of Companies, Internal Audit Department.
Between 2006-2019, Turay worked at Internal Audit and IT Audit departments of Turkcell Group.
He has been specialized at compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and CobIT information technology
standards.
He owns CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) and CISA (Certified
Information Systems Auditor) international audit certificates. Turay has been working with Neta
Denetim since 2019.
Oya Şehirlioğlu
Oya is graduated from İzmir American Collegiate Institute and Ankara University Faculty of Law.
Afterwards, she studied European Union Law.
Oya started her professional career in Tansaş A.Ş. as legal counsel. She later carried on
with Sütaş, Kraft Gıda / Mondelez International, and Erdemir Group, as a Chief Legal Counsel.
Oya provided solid legal and compliance related contribution in corporate restructuring,
building new business models, merger and acquisitions/divestitures.
Oya is providing of counsel support to Neta Denetim, since 2018.
